#1 – Chris Conte shares his jump development system based on the “snizzle.” This video series is so important, the entire series was voted the top video of 2014.  All videos in the series through part 6 are free to all website visitors.  This is some of the best educational information ever published in our sport.
#2 – Nick Perna discusses the axel take-off edge. Nick shares the powerful “wall kick drill.”
#3 – Michelle Leigh works on loop jump with 2 young skaters. Michelle explains setup details, scooping motion, and free leg movement for the loop jump.
#4 – Nick Perna shares some development tips for the loop jump. This video covers a lot of infomration and includes the now-famous “ace of spades drill.”
#5 – Trevor Laak analyzes a monster double axel by Mirai Nagasu. This is part one of a two part analysis.
#6 – Amy Brolsma teaches forward inside mohawk. Amy uses teaching aids and explains how she teaches this to young skaters.  (In part 2 of this series, Amy also teaches the much more challenging forward outside mohawk.)
#7 – Nick Perna explains and offers solutions for what he calls Adult Leg Syndrome. This video is particularly relevant to adult skaters and to coaches that work with adults.  Great insignts!
