Add to "My Favorites" (Beta testing)
Spin specialist Charyl Brusch continues her presentation on the butterfly spin entrance. This video clarifies some of the concepts covered in Part 1.
Charyl discusses leg fanning, second leg timing (starts up before second leg drops), a strong back, the importance of taking off and landing on the toe picks, strong inside edge take-offs, low center of gravity and inside ankle pressure on entrance, and taking off the “big toe.” Fantastic tips only available from an expert that teaches this spin a lot.
