This is a short video follow-up to World and Olympic coach Audrey Weisiger‘s previous video on pivots and skids.  Here Audrey recommends teaching a backward snowplow stop and skids in spirals.  She highlights the need for figure skaters to play and she encourages coaches to let them play occasionally.
