iCoachSkating.com is the premier online figure skating video service providing “how to figure skate” and “how to teach figure skating” information.  The website was rebuilt and released on February 1, 2013.  This video is a short tour of the site for existing subscribers, showing changes to the website and details on how to use the “new” site.

One of the most useful features for existing subscribers is the new login procedures from an external link.  When sent to a video page from an external link such as a link in an email, the subscriber can now visit that page without being logged in.  To access the video, the subscriber simply logs in on that page where the video would be located.

Another major change has the TIPS and ANALYSIS pages combined into a RECENT page showing all recent videos on the website.  An additional menu item called ARCHIVE provides an organized portal for finding information on the website.  This page will be expanded and filled out in the coming months.

Another major change is the temporary removal of the support ticket system.  All visitors should use the CONTACT US page for support issues.  Subscribers receiving email from iCoachSkating.com can also reply to any email and the reply will reach the support department.
