Elizabeth Mullins

Elizabeth Mullins is the founder of Mullins Performance and Fitness in Oklahoma City, OK. She is a nationally certified NCSA personal trainer (since 2004) and certified NCSA strength and conditioning coach (since 2018). She has been working with figure skaters at Arctic Edge Ice Arena since 2017, where she offers private instruction and training as well as small group classes.

Elizabeth has a Bachelors of Science degree in physical education and a Masters Degree in exercise science and wellness management. She was a two-sport athlete in college (basketball and soccer). She focuses on educating athletes on the importance of fundamentals, safety, injury prevention and recovery, sleep habits, healthy nutrition, proper movement patterns to help each athlete achieve muscle balance and increase body awareness, and having a positive growth mindset. Elizabeth believes that developing athletes who understand that kindness, respect, being coachable, having good character, displaying a good attitude along with hard work ethic, are foundational to success beyond their sport.

Elizabeth is a available for remote lessons for athletes of all levels. Individualized programs are developed using the latest techniques in bio-mechanics, fitness and conditioning. She can be reached directly at mullins00[at]gmail.com.
