If you’re an existing subscriber and are having problems logging in, please read this page.

1. The most common reason for login problems is having the wrong email or password.  Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE so please take that into account when entering your information.

2. If you are logging in from a mobile device, please make sure that your device is not automatically capitalizing letters that should not be capitalized.  It is very common for mobile devices to capitalize the first letter of a new paragraph and many automatically capitalize the first letter of your password.

3. If you can log in, but still do not have access to the videos, please contact our customer support.  These kinds of errors are typically caused by problems with your subscription and we will help you figure it out.

4. If you edited your iCoachSkating profile and changed your email address there, you also need to log in with that new email address.

5. If the suggestions above do not help, please contact customer support and we’ll get you logged in as soon as possible.
